Preliminary Study on Mechanical Cooling Technology in High Temperature Environment during Tunnel Construction

摘要: 隧道工程施工建设阶段形成的高温热害不仅会降低工人的作业效率,也可能会引起安全隐患,对工人生命安全构成威胁。文章在分析隧道施工高温原因的基础上,设计研发了以制冷机组为核心的降温系统,利用其实现了机械降温。通过发现本系统能把风温降低 15 ℃左右,确保作业面环境温度、湿度分别在 25 ℃、75% 以下。Abstract: The high temperature and heat damage in the construction stage of tunnel engineering will not only reduce the work efficiency of workers, but also may cause safety hazards and threaten the lives of workers. Based on the analysis of the causes of high temperature in tunnel construction, the article designs and develops a cooling system with refrigeration units as the core, and uses it to achieve mechanical cooling. It is found that this system can reduce the air temperature by about 15 ℃ , ensuring that the ambient temperature and humidity of the working surface are below 25 ℃ and 75%, respectively.
