Construction Technology of a Pedestrian Bridge in Xixian New Area

摘要: 人行桥工程作为交通网络的辅助设施之一,其对降低交通事故具有重大意义。基于此,本文阐述了人行桥钢结构中拼接钢板和钢箱梁的施工工艺,对装配和组装工艺和检查要求等进行了详细总结,提出了降低焊接形变和降低残余应力的方法,以期为同类工程施工提供参考。Abstract: As one of the auxiliary facilities of traffic network, pedestrian bridge is of great significance to reduce traffic accidents. Based on this, this paper describes the construction technology of splicing steel plate and steel box girder in the steel structure of pedestrian bridge, summarizes the assembly and assembly process and inspection requirements in detail, and puts forward the methods to reduce welding deformation and residual stress, so as to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
