Research on Construction Quality Control of Steel Structure Modular Building Project Based on BIM Technology

摘要: 为解决传统钢结构模块化建筑工程施工质量控制波特率低的问题,基于 BIM 技术设计钢结构模块化建筑工程施工质量控制方法。通过明确钢结构模块化建筑工程施工质量控制内容,将整理后的控制数据输入到 BIM 装配式建筑信息模型中,全方面控制钢结构模块化建筑工程施工质量。设计实例结果表明,设计的控制方法控制波特率明显高于对照组,能够解决传统钢结构模块化建筑工程施工质量控制波特率低的问题。Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low baud rate of construction quality control of traditional steel structure modular building engineering, the construction quality control method of steel structure modular building engineering is designed based on BIM technology. By defining the construction quality control content of the steel structure modular building project, the collated control data is input into the BIM assembly building information model to control the construction quality of steel structure modular building project in all aspects. Based on the analysis of the design example, the results show that the baud rate of the designed control method is obviously higher than that of the control group, which can solve the problem of low baud rate of traditional steel structure modular construction quality control.
