摘要: 造价预结算工作不仅可以为建筑工程设计工作指明正确方向，还有助于减少在后续施工过程中所产生的成本浪费，因而保证后续工程设计和施工工作的有序进行。在实际工作过程中要制定正确而清晰的工作方法，加强对建筑工程造价管理工作的研究力度，提出有效的解决措施。Abstract: Cost pre-settlement work can not only point the right direction for construction engineering design work, but also help reduce the cost and waste in the subsequent construction process, thus ensuring the orderly progress of subsequent engineering design and construction work. In the actual work process, it is necessary to formulate correct and clear working methods, strengthen the research on construction project cost management, and propose effective solutions.
