Cause Analysis and Upgrading of 35 kV GIS Voltage Transformer Burst

摘要: 对 35 kV 变电站 ZX2 气体绝缘双母线组合电压互感器柜结构,事故前运行方式介绍。崩烧 35 kV 变电站 E 段母线电压互感器柜现场叙述,电压互感器崩烧原因分析,崩烧时 220 kV、35 kV 电压参数变化分析,电压互感器柜现场损坏解析,电压互感器柜体返厂解体逐个设备各部分分解剖析,查找 35 kV 变电站 E 段母线电压器互感器柜 I 母电压互感器 A、B相崩烧损坏柜体炸裂事故具体原因。根据 35 kV 变电站 E 段母线电压器互感器崩烧分析结果及存在的缺陷,提出彻底解决电压器互感器柜故障缺陷的防范措施和优化升级改造方案,为同类 35 kV 电压互感器开关柜设备缺陷解决、事故的预防提供可靠的参考,也为同类设备的升级改造提供适用的实例,延长保证同类设备使用寿命,使同类设备效益最大化,节约大量投资。Abstract: Introduction to the ZX2 gas insulated double busbar combined voltage transformer cabinet structure of 35 kV substation and the operation mode before the accident. Field description of busbar voltage transformer cabinet in section E of 35 kV substation, analysis of the cause of voltage transformer collapse, analysis of voltage parameter change of 220 kV and 35 kV during collapse, analysis of on-site damage of voltage transformer cabinet, and the breakdown of voltage transformer cabinets one by one. Each part of the equipment was dissected and analyzed, and the specific reasons for the explosion accident of the busbar voltage transformer cabinet I of the 35 kV substation E section bus voltage transformer cabinet I collapsed and damaged the cabinet body were found. Based on the analysis results of the breakdown of voltage transformers and transformers in the E section of the 35 kV substation and the existing defects, preventive measures and optimization upgrades were proposed to completely solve the faults and defects of the voltage transformer cabinets, which solved the defects of similar 35 kV voltage transformer switch cabinets. The prevention of accidents provides a reliable reference, and also provides applicable examples for the upgrading and transformation of similar equipment, prolongs and guarantees the service life of similar equipment, maximizes the benefi ts of similar equipment, and saves a lot of investment.
