A Small Equipment Used for Cutting Leather Materials

摘要: 本文研究了皮革分切机的分切方案,实践证明其能保证设备运转时的平稳性,以及刹车时的安全性。同时设计了可调节压紧力的双滚筒输送系统,给出了皮革输送工艺图。采用可移动的伺服电机和滚筒组合结构,以及测量传感器,进行了皮革纠偏系统设计。该皮革材料分切样机在仿真环境下实现了皮革的均匀、连续输送。基于分切原理,提出了采用变频电机驱动气涨轴上的圆刀 ;滚刀结构设计有防护罩,不仅提高了设备的安全性,还为设备的维护、换刀、清理碎屑提供了便利。Abstract: In this paper, the slitting scheme of leather slitter is studied. The practice shows that it can ensure the stability of the equipment in operation and the safety of braking. At the same time, a double roller conveying system with adjustable pressing force is designed, and the leather conveying process diagram is given. The leather deviation correction system is designed by using the movable servo motor and roller combined structure, as well as the measurement sensor. The leather material slitting prototype realizes the uniform and continuous conveying of leather in the simulation environment. Based on the principle of cutting, this paper puts forward the use of frequency conversion motor to drive the round cutter on the gas expansion shaft; the hob structure is designed with a protective cover, which not only improves the safety of the equipment, but also provides convenience for the maintenance, tool change and debris cleaning of the equipment.
