Research on Integrated Management Based on Automated Warehouse

摘要: 本文阐述了我国自动化立体仓库的建设现状并指出了其存在的问题，将集成管理理论应用到自动化立体仓库的建设中,为自动化立体仓库的建设过程中的质量、成本、进度的集成管控提供了有重要价值的根据，并实现成本、质量、进度的集成管控。Abstract: This paper describes the current situation of the construction of automated stereoscopic warehouse in China and points out the existing problems. The integrated management theory is applied to the construction of automated stereoscopic warehouse, which provides an important basis for the integrated control of quality, cost and progress in the construction process of automated stereoscopic warehouse, and realizes the integrated management and control of cost, quality and progress.
