摘要: 为了进一步提高BIM技术在水务行业工程管理中的应用比例,提升政府对大型水务工程项目的精细化管理水平和效率,本文以深圳市水务局为例,对BIM技术在水务工程项目群管理中的应用模式进行研究。通过建立地方水务工程BIM应用标准体系、搭建BIM+水务工程智慧管理平台、开展工程项目的试点应用,实现了初步搭建深圳市水务工程BIM实施体系,同时提升设计质量、优化施工工序等目标,本案例的成功落地为其他城市同类实践提供借鉴。Abstract: In order to further increase the application proportion of BIM technology in water engineering management, and improve the government’s refined management level and efficiency of large-scale water engineering projects, this article takes the Shenzhen Water Affairs Bureau as an example to analyze BIM technology in water engineering project management Research on the application model. Through the establishment of a local water engineering BIM application standard system, the establishment of a BIM+ water engineering smart management platform, and the pilot application of engineering projects, the initial establishment of the Shenzhen water engineering BIM implementation system was achieved, while the goals of improving design quality and optimizing construction procedures were achieved. This case The successful landing of the project provides reference for similar practices in other cities.
