Analysis on the Quality Control Countermeasures of the Construction Technology of Static Pressure PHC Pipe Piles

摘要: 汇龙·大江盛世是汇龙集团旗在泉州开发的主要项目,定位为精品楼盘,项目位于城东—洛江中心区风景秀丽的洛江边,总占地面积约为 200 亩,总建筑规模约为 55 万 ㎡,本次研究的案例为项目中的“B 区”工程,工程建设工艺要求较高,采用的是静压 PHC 管桩施工技术,目的是利用这一技术特征缩短施工周期、降低工程造价同时提升工程建设质量。本文简要分析了静压 PHC 管桩施工技术,分别从常见问题、质量控制两个角度入手对“B 区”工程中的静压 PHC 管桩施工技术进行深入探究。Abstract: Huilong Dajiang Prosperity is the main project developed by Huilong Group Banner in Quanzhou. It is positioned as a boutique real estate. The construction scale is about 550,000 square meters. The case of this study is the "B area" project in the project. The construction technology requirements are relatively high. The static pressure PHC pipe pile construction technology is used, and the purpose is to use this technical feature to shorten the construction Cycle, reduce project cost while improving project construction quality. This article briefly analyzes the construction technology of static pressure PHC pipe piles, and conducts in-depth research on the construction technology of static pressure PHC pipe piles in the "B area" project from the perspectives of common problems and quality control.
