摘要: 全球新一轮的科技革命,引发了新一轮的产业革命,世界各国因此争相调整、适应、实施必要改革。在我国,中国工信部和中国工程院把“互联网+制造”即工业4.0的核心目标定义为智能制造。由智能制造延伸到具体工厂,就是智能工厂。智能工厂涵盖智能化焊接车间,智能化焊接车间针对焊接现场可以实现焊机状态实时监控、焊接参数在线控制、焊接数据海量存储以及焊接数据统计、分析的综合化焊机管理系统。通过智能化焊接车间工艺管理,可有效提高焊接质量管理、执行焊接工艺规范、焊材用量统计、工人生产效率统计、焊接工时统计以及焊机故障排查的信息化管理,从而实现焊接生产管理精细化、科学化的目标,提高焊接车间的整体管理水平。Abstract: A new round of scientific and technological revolution in the world has triggered a new round of industrial revolution, and countries around the world are competing to adjust, adapt and implement necessary reforms.In my country, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Chinese Academy of Engineering define the core goal of "Internet + Manufacturing" or Industry 4.0 as intelligent manufacturing.Extending from smart manufacturing to specific factories is the smart factory.The intelligent factory covers the intelligent welding workshop. The intelligent welding workshop can realize the real-time monitoring of the welding machine status, the online control of the welding parameters, the mass storage of the welding data, and the comprehensive welding machine management system for the welding data statistics and analysis.Through intelligent welding workshop process management, it can effectively improve the welding quality management, implement welding process specifications, welding material usage statistics, worker production efficiency statistics, welding man-hour statistics, and information management of welding machine fault investigation, thereby achieving refined welding production management, Scientific goal, improve the overall management level of the welding workshop.
