Discussion on Inspection Method of Elevator Brake Fault Protection Function

摘要: 电梯制动器作为电梯的安全部件,其稳定与可靠性是确保电梯可以安全正常运行的重要因素之一,如果制动器功能失灵或者制动力输出不能满足需求,就可能会造成电梯的冲顶蹲底、开门溜车还有意外移动等安全事故,直接造成乘坐人员的伤亡、财产安全损失或者仪器设备损坏。为了实时监控制动器的工作动态,保证制动器功能在符合要求的范围内正常工作。基于此,本文主要对电梯制动器故障保护功能的检验方法进行了综合分析,以供参考。Abstract: Elevator brake as a safety part of the elevator, its stability and reliability is one of the important factors to ensure the safe and normal operation of the elevator. If the brake function fails or the braking power output cannot meet the demand, it may cause the elevator's roof squatting, car sliding and accidental movement, which will directly cause casualties and property safety losses Or the equipment is damaged. In order to monitor the working state of the brake in real time and ensure that the brake function can work normally within the required range. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the inspection methods of elevator brake fault protection function, for reference.
