Abstract: With the development of building industrialization, prefabricated building has been widely used and promoted because of its superior performance. Based on a comprehensive understanding of the concept of prefabricated building, this paper expounds the economic advantages of prefabricated concrete civil buildings,and combining with specific cases, compares and analyzes the economy of prefabricated design and traditional cast-in-place design from multiple angles, hoping that the research can provide new ideas for solving the problem of high cost of prefabricated buildings.
