Development and Application of Lever Type Anti Jump Device for European Winch Crane

摘要: 针对公司 50 t 以下轻型欧式双梁卷扬式起重机起升机构钢丝绳容易发生跳槽的问题,研发制造了一种杠杆式防跳槽装置。装置能够辅助卷筒绳槽控制钢丝绳有顺序的排列缠绕在绳槽上避免跳槽,同时也使起重机具有了钢丝绳跳槽检测功能,避免因钢丝绳跳槽而发生事故,给生产带来安全隐患。Abstract: In view of the problem that the steel wire rope of the hoisting mechanism of the light European double beam winch crane under 50 t is easy to jump, a lever type anti jump device is developed and manufactured. The device can assist the drum rope groove to control the wire rope to be arranged in order and wound on the rope groove to avoid groove skipping. At the same time, it also enables the crane to have the function of rope groove skipping detection, so as to avoid accidents caused by rope groove skipping and bring potential safety hazards to production.
