Telescopic Boom Control System Shields the Influence of Overlap on Conducted Interference

摘要: 随着工程机械智能化的发展,越来越多的智能电子产品在工程机械中得以应用,但是工程机械在作业时收到的电磁干扰也越来越严重。基于此,本文以起重机伸缩臂控制系统为例,通过对控制系统屏蔽搭接的不同方式来分析该控制系统的可靠性以及对电磁环境的抗干扰能力,以期为相关研究人员提供参考。Abstract: With the development of intelligent construction machinery, more and more intelligent electronic products are applied in construction machinery, however the electromagnetic interference received by construction machinery is becoming more and more serious. Based on this, this paper takes crane telescopic boom control system as an example,the reliability of the control system and its anti-interference ability to the electromagnetic environment are analyzed by shielding and overlapping the control system, in order to provide reference for related researchers.
