Talking about the Design and Innovation of Hydraulic Oil Cylinder Buffer Device

摘要: 液压油缸是利用油缸液压力与机械能的相互转变,实现高效率驱动设备运转的关键,其具有产能高、耐用性高等特点,在众多生产部门被大规模运用。但当前液压油缸自身结构设计存在缺陷性问题,主要体现在液压力会使油缸的活塞杆头与油缸的底部和顶端产生一定程度的碰撞,从而对生产过程造成一定影响、液压油缸造成一定磨损。因此液压油缸缓冲装置的设计与研究是提升生产效率极其重要的环节。本文通过对液压油缸缓冲装置类型进行总结与比较,探讨、分析了今后液压油缸缓冲装置的新发展方向。Abstract: The hydraulic cylinder is the key to realize the high-efficiency driving equipment operation by using the mutual transformation of the hydraulic pressure and mechanical energy of the cylinder. It has the characteristics of high productivity and high durability, and is widely used in many production departments. However, the current structural design of the hydraulic cylinder has defects, mainly reflected in that the hydraulic pressure will cause the piston rod head of the cylinder to collide with the bottom and top of the cylinder to a certain extent, thus affecting the production process and causing some wear on the hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, the design and research of the hydraulic cylinder buffer device is an extremely important link to improve production efficiency. This paper summarizes and compares the types of hydraulic cylinder buffer devices, discusses and analyzes the new development direction of hydraulic cylinder buffer devices in the future.
