Application of Foamed Asphalt Cold Recycling in Road Maintenance

摘要: 对于泡沫沥青冷再生技术的应用,是在高温沥青中加入冷水,使热沥青与水进行热混合。当水温被加热时,实现了沥青的冷却。水的加热过程使其气化而形成蒸汽,以保持沥青的稳定面积。气泡在表面张力作用下被吸收,使沥青张力和蒸气压在短时间内处于平衡状态。当泡沫与集料接触后,使细集料表面进行铺展,使其在集料之间具有良好的覆盖能力,可形成大量填缝料。并再经混合碾压后,形成良好的结构强度,对混合料起到了稳定的作用。发达国家对泡沫沥青再生技术的应用较早。通过该技术的应用,使工程领域在冷再生混合料铺筑质量控制以及沥青发泡的研究取得了成功,同时也积累了实测与施工经验。基于技术的不断研究,为我国泡沫沥青冷再生技术的应用提供了理论与操作参考。Abstract: The application of cold recycling technology for foamed asphalt is to add cold water in high temperature asphalt to make hot asphalt mix with water. When the water temperature is heated, the asphalt is cooled. The heating process of water vaporizes it to form steam to maintain the stable area of asphalt. Bubbles are absorbed under the action of surface tension, so that the asphalt tension and vapor pressure are inequilibrium in a short time. When the foam is in contact with aggregate, the fine aggregate surface is spread, so that it has good covering ability between aggregates and can form a large number of joint sealants. After mixing and rolling, it forms a good structural strength and plays a stable role in the mixture. In developed countries, the application of foam asphalt regeneration technology was earlier. Under the condition of increasingly serious environmental problems and higher global temperature, the demand for foam asphalt technology has increased at home and abroad. Through the application of this technology, the research on the paving quality control of cold recycled mixture and asphalt foaming in the engineering field has been successful, and the actual measurement and construction experience have been accumulated. Based on the continuous research of technology, it provides a theoretical and operational reference for the application of cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt in China.
