Research on Design and Calculation of Bridge Cantilever Prestress

摘要: 本文研究了桥梁悬臂预应力设计计算自动化流程等内容,研究表明其自动化流程可分为箱梁断面的坐标计算、钢筋配置坐标计算、箱梁及钢筋配置的 3D 模型建立、产生 ABI 预应力分析输入档、预应力分析后处理检核作业及各节点剖面施工图绘制等 6 项作业流程,以期为桥梁悬臂预应力设计提供参考。Abstract: This paper studies the automatic flow of bridge cantilever prestress design and calculation. The research shows that the automated flow can be divided into the coordinate calculation of the box girder section, the coordinate calculation of the reinforcement configuration, the 3D model establishment of the box beam and the reinforcement configuration, and the generation of ABI prestress Analyze the input files, pre-stress analysis and post-processing check operation, and drawing of the construction drawing of each node section, in order to provide reference for the bridge cantilever pre-stress design.
