Application of Motion Control Technology in Automation of Machinery Industry

摘要: 在现代科学技术不断进步的大环境下,传统产业受高新技术的影响,获得了进一步的优化发展。在这种环境的影响下,机械工作这个传统产业也慢慢开展了一场大规模的机电一体化技术改革。因为电子计算机技术、电子电力技术、传感器技术的飞速发展,各国的机电一体化产品不断涌现。运动控制技术是机电一体化中的重要构成部分,其在当前也获得了较好的发展。文章重点介绍了计算机控制器技术、全闭环交流伺服驱动技术、直线电机驱动技术以及运动控制卡技术多项极具象征性的新技术,而后对今后的发展方向进行了展望。Abstract: In the context of the continuous advancement of modern science and technology, traditional industries have been further optimized and developed under the influence of high technology. Under the influence of this environment, the traditional industry of mechanical work has slowly carried out a large-scale technical reform of mechatronics. Because of the rapid development of electronic computer technology, electronic power technology, and sensor technology, mechatronics products in various countries continue to emerge. Motion control technology is an important part of mechatronics, and it has also achieved better development at present. The article focuses on the computer controller technology, the fully closed loop AC servo drive technology, the linear motor drive technology and the motion control card technology many symbolic new technologies, and then prospects for the future development direction.
