Analysis on the Design of Temporary Power Consumption Scheme for TBM Construction

摘要: 本文以新疆喀双输水隧洞项目两台 TBM 施工临时用电方案设计为例,对全厂供变电系统中区域变电所规划布置、高压供电方式选择等进行归纳总结。着重介绍了用电设备的负荷计算、线路电压降校验,应急电源选配等,在设计中应用六氟化硫和固态绝缘高压环网柜,提升了临时用电的可靠性和安全性 ;在设计中应用铝制电缆作为高压供电线路,大大降低了成本。Abstract: This article takes the design of the temporary power supply scheme for the construction of two TBMs in the Xinjiang Kashuang Water Transmission Tunnel Project as an example to summarize the planning and layout of the regional substations and the selection of high-voltage power supply modes in the power supply and transformation system of the whole plant. It focuses on the load calculation of electrical equipment, line voltage drop verification, emergency power supply selection, etc. The application of sulfur hexafluoride and solidstate insulated high-voltage ring network cabinets in the design improves the reliability and safety of temporary power use; In the design, aluminum cables are used as high-voltage power supply lines, which greatly reduces the cost.
