Effect of Early Strength Agent on Early Strength of Silt-solidified Soil

摘要: 早强剂作为一种常用外加剂,其可以有效加快淤泥固化土的早期固化进程。本文以江苏连云港徐圩的高含水率滩涂淤泥为研究对象,研究在固化剂中单掺及复掺甲酸钙和硫酸钠两种早强剂的情况下,对淤泥固化土早期无侧限抗压强度的影响规律。研究结果表明:(1)在两种早强剂单掺时,均能对淤泥固化土起到明显的早强作用,同时甲酸钙的早强效果优于硫酸钠;(2)两种早强剂复合掺加时能够激发出两者相互间的协同作用,进一步加快淤泥固化土的早期固化进程,当甲酸钙掺量为2%、硫酸钠掺量为1%时,早强效果最好。Abstract: As a commonly used admixture, early strength agent can effectively accelerate the early solidification process of silt-solidified soil.This paper takes the high water content mudflat of Xuwei, Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province as the research object to study the unconfined compressive resistance of the early solidified soil when the solidification agent is mixed with two early strength agents of calcium formate and sodium sulfateThe influence of intensity.The research results show that: (1) when the two early strength agents are mixed alone, they can play an obvious early strength effect on the silt solidified soil, and the early strength effect of calcium formate is better than sodium sulfate;(2) the two early strength agentsWhen the compound is added, the synergy between the two can be stimulated to further accelerate the early solidification process of the sludge solidified soil. When the calcium formate content is 2% and the sodium sulfate content is 1%, the early strength effect is the best.
