Seismic Design of High-rise Building Structures

摘要: 当前,为有效缓解土地资源紧缺问题,建筑结构呈现出高层化的发展趋势,高层和超高层建筑的出现有效实现了地下地上空间资源的合理利用。但因为高层建筑的高度较大,对于结构设计的要求相对较高,因此为实现抗震性优化设计,需专业设计人员从综合性角度着手,采取恰当的设计方法。基于此,本文重点分析了高层建筑结构设计中的抗震设计影响因素和设计策略,以供参考。Abstract: At present, in order to effectively alleviate the shortage of land resources, building structures are showing a trend of high-rise development. The emergence of high-rise and super high-rise buildings eff ectively realizes the rational use of underground and above-ground space resources. However, because of the large height of high-rise buildings, the requirements for structural design are relatively high. Therefore, in order to achieve optimal seismic design, professional designers must start from a comprehensive perspective and adopt appropriate design methods. Based on this, this article focuses on the analysis of the seismic design infl uencing factors and design strategies in the structural design of high-rise buildings for reference.
