Design of Hydraulic Drive Device of Bucket Wheel Machine

摘要: 斗轮堆取料机被广泛应用于港口、冶金、电力等领域,斗轮是斗轮堆取料机的关键组成部件。相较于传统滑阀控制、泵压控制,直接驱动式液压控制系统更高效、更节能。基于此,本文针对斗轮机液压驱动装置设计进行探讨,使用直插式阀块简化液压系统结构,提升了斗轮堆取料机运行效能。Abstract: Bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer is widely used in ports, metallurgy, electric power and other fi elds. Bucket wheel is the key component of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer. Compared with traditional slide valve control and pump pressure control, the direct drive hydraulic control system is more effi cient and energy-saving. Based on this, this article discusses the design of the hydraulic drive device of the bucket wheel machine, and uses the in-line valve block to simplify the structure of the hydraulic system and improve the operating effi ciency of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer.
