Research on Key Technology of Detecting Foreign Body in Coal Mine Underground Transportation

摘要: 在进行煤炭开采作业时,对煤炭资源进行运输作业的主要设备就是矿用皮带式的运输机。基于不断改进与工业发展需要的背景,这种运输机械逐渐具备了更复杂、更大型以及更高速等明显特征。但在复杂的工作环境下,煤矿井下皮带运输机其自身的承载能力以及运输距离不足,同时这种设备所用的皮带还有着昂贵的价格。在进行物资运输时,经常会出现各种异物,为皮带带来一定伤害,从而造成不必要的经济损失。因此,必须对皮带运输异物进行全面检测,分析有可能会发生的问题,同时在第一时间进行预警处理,尽最大可能降低危险发生概率与其所带来的影响。Abstract: When carrying out the coal mining operation, the main equipment for transporting the coal resources is the belt conveyor. Against the background of continuous improvement and industrial development needs,the transport machinery has gradually acquired the characteristics of more complex, larger and higher speed.But in the complex working environment, the coal mine belt conveyor its own carrying capacity and transport distance is insuffi cient, at the same time the belt used in this equipment has a high price. When carrying on the goods and materials transportation, often can appear each kind of foreign body, brings certain harm for the belt, thus causes the unnecessary economic loss. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive examination of the foreign body transported by the belt, to analyze the possible problems, and at the same time to carry out early warning treatment at the first time, so as to minimize the probability of the occurrence of the danger and the degree of its impact.
