Abstract: Judging from the map, China is not only a country with abundant water resources, but also a country with frequent floods and droughts. From the historical and cultural perspective of our country, there were ancient times such as Dayu's water control, water conservancy, and water damage elimination. , Hyundai also has large-scale water conservancy projects such as South-to-North Water Diversion. In recent years, China has implemented the central government’s policies and guidelines for water governance and management at all levels and at the same time has also carried out in-depth legal construction of water, and fully encouraged all regions to further improve the governance of water conservancy projects. This article explores the governance of water conservancy projects in China, discusses its existing problems and related management countermeasures in detail, and further strengthens the governance policies of local water conservancy projects in China.
