Abstract: With the continuous development of the construction industry, the requirements and depth of construction project management are also constantly strengthened. In today's era of rapid development of informatization, project management informatization has become the focus of the sustainable development of construction engineering. Developing project management informatization can further optimize the allocation and scheduling of resources, lay the foundation for building the "Internet plus" mode of construction projects, and improve the management level of management personnel, while fully saving construction costs, thus promoting the healthy and stable development of the construction industry. In view of this, based on the background of the new situation, this paper first expounds the application significance of informatization in construction management, then further analyzes the problems existing in the application of construction engineering informatization technology, and puts forward a feasible road of construction engineering informatization construction, in order to give referential suggestions for people in the industry.
