Analysis on the Application Research of Thixotropic Mud Technology in the Process of Longdistance Pipe Jacking

摘要: 在长距离顶管工程中,使用触变泥浆技术可减小单位长度顶管顶力,对控制工程投资、提高建设效率具有重要意义。本文结合昆明市某排水工程顶管案例,对顶管工程触变泥浆作用机理进行研究,对比分析了在优化工艺条件下触变泥浆对顶力的影响,得出触变泥浆技术对减小顶管顶力具有关键作用的结论。Abstract: In long-distance pipe jacking projects, the use of thixotropic mud technology can reduce the jacking force per unit length, which is of great significance for controlling project investment and improving construction efficiency.Based on the case of a pipe jacking in a drainage project in Kunming, this paper studies the mechanism of the thixotropic mud in the pipe jacking project, and compares and analyzes the influence of the thixotropic mud on the jacking force under the optimized process conditions.The conclusion that the pipe top force plays a key role.
