Wisdow Factory Construction and Case Study Based on Digital Twin

摘要: 随着大数据及物联网技术的发展,制造企业对工业资源优化配置提出了更高的要求,工厂的信息化与工业化融合发展已经成为不可阻挡的趋势。在这一背景下,数字孪生技术应运而生,其不仅为智慧工厂的建设提供了必要的技术支持,而且能够帮助工厂在产品设计、生产制造等方面作出正确的决策,是智慧工厂实现的关键。研究介绍了数字孪生、智慧工厂相关概念,提出了数字孪生的智慧工厂建设架构,并将其运用于实际案例,实践证实,其能够实现工厂生产效益最大化,值得推广。Abstract: With the development of big data and Internet of Things technology, manufacturing enterprises have put forward higher requirements for optimal allocation of industrial resources, and the integration of factory informatization and industrialization has become an irresistible trend. In this context, digital twin technology emerges as the times require. It not only provides necessary technical support for the construction of wisdow factories, but also helps factories make correct decisions in product design, production and manufacturing, which is the key to the realization of wisdow factories. This paper introduces the concepts related to digital twin and wisdow factory, puts forward the construction framework of digital twin wisdow factory, and applies it to practical cases. Practice proves that it can maximize the production benefit of the factory and is worth promoting.
