摘要: EPC 是工程总承包模式的一种。设计采购施工总承包（EPC ：即 Engineering、Procurement、Construction 的组合），承包商在整个合同的执行过程中对项目的全过程质量、安全、进度、验收全面负责。本文站在承包商的角度，从合同架构入手，通过对 EPC 总承包签约阶段主体、商务、技术方面的风险分析 , 为 EPC 总承包投标风险的规避提出了一些建议。

Abstract: EPC is a kind of general contracting mode of engineering. Design, procurement and construction general contracting (EPC: a combination of Engineering (design), Procurement (procurement), and Construction (construction)), the contractor is fully responsible for the quality, safety, progress, and acceptance of the project during the execution of the entire contract. Based on the analysis of various risk factors of EPC general contracting contract risk, the article puts forward some suggestions for the avoidance of EPC general contracting bidding risk.
