Abstract:
At present, naphthalene admixtures are widely used in roller compacted concrete, and high-performance carboxylic acid water reducers have not been used in roller compacted concrete. In order to give full play to the advantages of carboxylic acid water-reducing agents in RCC, this paper analyzes the influence of the microparticle content, the PV value of grout-sand ratio, and the number of rolling cycles on the bonding properties of RCC. The interrelationship of various parameters is described. Based on this, it solves the problems of poor aggregate encapsulation and uncompact compaction caused by high-performance carboxylic acid water-reducing agent due to less cementitious materials. The purpose of controlling the quality of roller compacted concrete, reducing costs, and improving the bonding between layers of roller compacted concrete is realized.
