Talking about the Application of High-performance Polycarboxylate Waterreducing Agent in Roller Compacted Concrete

摘要: 目前萘系外加剂广泛应用于碾压混凝土中,高性能羧酸类减水剂在碾压混凝土中尚未应用。为了发挥羧酸类减水剂在碾压混凝土中的作用优势,本文分析了微颗粒含量、浆砂比 PV 值、碾压遍数等影响因素对碾压混凝土层间结合性能的影响,得出了各参数的相互关系。基于此,解决了高性能羧酸类减水剂由于胶凝材料少,带来骨料包裹性差、碾压不密实等问题。实现了碾压混凝土质量可控,降低成本、提高碾压混凝土层间结合的目的。Abstract: At present, naphthalene admixtures are widely used in roller compacted concrete, and high-performance carboxylic acid water reducers have not been used in roller compacted concrete. In order to give full play to the advantages of carboxylic acid water-reducing agents in RCC, this paper analyzes the influence of the microparticle content, the PV value of grout-sand ratio, and the number of rolling cycles on the bonding properties of RCC. The interrelationship of various parameters is described. Based on this, it solves the problems of poor aggregate encapsulation and uncompact compaction caused by high-performance carboxylic acid water-reducing agent due to less cementitious materials. The purpose of controlling the quality of roller compacted concrete, reducing costs, and improving the bonding between layers of roller compacted concrete is realized.
