摘要: 薄壁套类工件加工是车削加工中较难解决的关键问题,本文对薄壁套类工件进行特性分析,通过采用一种新颖芯轴技术,有效克服了薄壁套类工件加工过程中出现的问题,如受力变形、受热变形、刀具磨损等,使薄壁套类工件加工的尺寸公差、形位公差达到图纸设计技术要求。Abstract: The processing of thin-walled sleeves is a key problem that is difficult to solve in turning, this paper analyzes the characteristics of thin-walled workpieces, using a novel mandrel technology, Effectively and effectively overcome the problems in the processing of thin-walled sleeves, such as deformation/ heat deformation/tool wear, make the dimensional tolerance, shape and position tolerance of thin-walled sleeve workpieces meet the technical requirements of the drawings.
