The Application of BIM Technology in the Construction of Prefabricated Building Engineering

摘要: 随着我国可持续发展战略的逐步推进,建筑行业的绿色环保以及节能降耗也获得了相关工作人员的重点关注,装配式建筑的推广应用,就是为了能够有效降低传统施工过程中产生的能源消耗,切实提高工程建设效率,节约施工成本,这些特点都是传统施工方式所无法代替的。装配式建筑是一种新型的施工方式,为了能够从根本上提高工程项目建设效率,保证装配式建筑施工质量,在施工过程中还可以引入 BIM(Building Information Modeling,建筑信息模型),确保装配式建筑的设计、施工以及运营维护都更加协调,具备更好的效果,达到预期的综合效益。基于此,在本文中就针对 BIM 技术在装配式建筑施工中的具体应用进行探讨和分析。Abstract: With the gradual advancement of my country's sustainable development strategy, the green and environmental protection and energy saving and consumption reduction of the construction industry have also received the focus of relevant staff. The promotion and application of prefabricated buildings is to effectively reduce the traditional construction process. Energy consumption, effective improvement of engineering construction efficiency, and saving of construction costs are characteristics that cannot be replaced by traditional construction methods. Prefabricated building is a new type of construction method. In order to fundamentally improve the efficiency of project construction and ensure the construction quality of prefabricated buildings, BIM technology can also be introduced during the construction process to ensure the design, construction, and operation and maintenance of prefabricated buildings. All are more coordinated,have better results, and achieve the expected comprehensive benefits. Based on this, this article discusses and analyzes the specific application of BIM technology in prefabricated building construction.
