摘要: 水利枢纽工程建设受到多种环境因素的直接影响 , 其中施工材料、结构工作运行状况随着施工时间的不断推移，危险系数逐渐增加。确保建筑工程安全和管理标准化的运行是工程管理事业单位的重要责任和基本工作任务之一。基于此，本文对水利枢纽管理方面的问题进行了详细分析，以期为相关管理工作提供参考。

Abstract: The construction of water conservancy projects is directly affected by a variety of environmental factors. Among them, construction materials and structural work operation conditions gradually increase with the continuous passage of construction time. Ensuring the operation of construction safety and management standardization is one of the important responsibilities and basic tasks of engineering management institutions. Based on this, this article analyzes the problems of water conservancy project management in detail in order to provide reference for related management work.
