Research on Deepening Design of Precast Shear Wall Structure Based on BIM Technology

摘要: 装配式建筑的快速发展对建筑设计领域提出了新的要求,而以 BIM 技术为代表的建筑信息化技术也为建筑的设计带来了新的发展。本文以某装配式剪力墙结构住宅项目为例对 BIM 技术在深化设计中的应用进行研究,找出项目设计过程的要点与关键环节,总结 BIM 技术在项目应用中的优势与效益,对项目设计过程中所发现的问题进行分析并提出了相应的解决思路。Abstract: The rapid development of prefabricated buildings has put forward new requirements in the fi eld of architectural design, and building information technology represented by BIM technology has also brought new development to architectural design. This paper takes a prefabricated shear wall structure residential project as an example to study the application of BIM technology in deepening design, fi nd out the key points and key links of the project design process, summarize the advantages and benefi ts of BIM technology in the project application, analyze the problems in the project application and propose corresponding solutions.
