Discussion on Key Construction Technology of Frame Pier with Small Angle Crossing Existing Line

摘要: 本文结合大西客专北同蒲联络线上王村跨北同蒲铁路特大桥34#-41#墩门式框架墩结构,介绍了调跨梁、横梁与桥面系横向湿连接采用不锈钢模板线外制作拼装及整体吊装施工技术,同时介绍了桥面翼缘板浇筑时所采用的整体简易移动模架施工技术,以及上跨既有线声屏障托架施工技术,以期为类似工程施工提供参考。Abstract: Combined with the 334# - 41# pier portal frame pier structure of Wangcun North Tongpu railway Super Major Bridge on the North Tongpu connecting line of Daxi passenger dedicated line, this paper introduces the construction technology of adjusting span beam, cross beam and bridge deck system transverse wet connection using stainless steel formwork outside the line to make assembly and integral hoisting, and introduces the construction technology of integral simple movable formwork used in the pouring of bridge surface flange plate, as well as the sound of the upper span existing line Barrier bracket construction technology, in order to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
