Abstract: Market changes have brought new development opportunities to the construction industry. All construction companies have entered a new stage of transformation and development. Traditional manual operations have exposed many problems such as low efficiency, and the increase in construction machinery and equipment of various types engineering companies have more choices, and many links can be mechanized. However, various problems often occur in the use of construction machinery and equipment, and it is difficult to ensure the function of construction machinery and equipment. Only by strengthening the use and maintenance management, can the reliable operation of machinery and equipment be effectively guaranteed. Based on this, this article analyzes in detail the use of construction machinery and equipment, and proposes effective maintenance management measures.
