Construction Technology of Sectional Fabrication and Installation of Urban Large Steel Box Girder

摘要: 本文以滇缅大道快速路建设项目(一期工程)一联钢箱梁施工为例,介绍了在城市狭小场地条件下采用钢箱梁错位分割、纵向分段,横向分块、单元预组拼、接缝预固定、并在桥位搭设临时支撑的钢箱梁焊接成形方法。利用 Midas Civil 软件建立空间有限元模型,对钢箱梁单元运输、吊装过程中的应力和变形以及临时支撑架整体结构强度、刚度和稳定性进行有限元分析,结果表明其相应的应力和变形均满足规范要求。由此总结了钢箱梁分块、线形控制、临时支墩设计、安装焊接等施工关键技术,以期为今后类似工程施工提供参考。Abstract: This paper takes the construction of a steel box girder in the Dianmian Avenue Expressway Construction Project (Phase I) as an example,and introduces the use of steel box girder dislocation division,longitudinal division,horizontal division,and unit pre-assembly under the conditions of a narrow urban site,the welding forming method of the steel box girder with pre-fixed joints and temporary support at the bridge position.Use MidasCivil software to establish a spatial finite element model,and perform finite element analysis on the stress and deformation of the steel box girder unit during transportation and hoisting, as well as the overall structure strength,stiffness and stability of the temporary support frame.The results show that the corresponding stress and deformation are both Meet the specification requirements.This summarizes the key construction technologies of steel box girder segmentation,linear control,temporary buttress design, installation and welding, etc,in order to provide reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
