Construction Technology of Reinforcement and Treatment of Preempted Steel Pipe Pile Pre-Irrigation Mortar in Overhead Leakage-proof Wall

摘要: 针对存在的架空漏失地层、松散回填层等特殊地层的防渗墙施工,根据以往防渗墙施工经验发现此类地层经常容易发生塌槽事故,严重者甚至引发钻机平台底部塌陷,导致钻机倒塌事故,造成严重的经济损失。基于此,本文结合双江口水电站防渗墙施工中对类似特殊地层所采用的施工技术,总结出一套针对该类特殊地层的先进施工工艺及处理方法,以期为相关工程提供参考。Abstract: Aiming at the construction of cut-off walls in special formations such as the existing overhead leaky formations and loose backfills, based on previous construction experience of cut-off walls, it has been found that such formations are often prone to collapse accidents. In severe cases, the bottom of the drilling platform may even collapse,leading to the drilling The collapse accident caused serious economic losses. Based on this, this article combines the construction technology used in the construction of the anti-seepage wall of the Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station for similar special formations, and summarizes a set of advanced construction techniques and treatment methods for this type of special formations, in order to provide references for related projects.
