摘要: 本篇文章以某汽车变速箱零件为例,主要介绍了一种复杂曲面零件的数控加工方法。论述了复杂曲面零件的结构、数控铣削工艺规划的过程、零件图的分析和加工方法、自动编程、刀具轨迹设计、刀具选择等。Abstract: This article takes an automobile gearbox part as an example, and mainly introduces a numerical control machining method for complex curved parts. Discusses the structure of complex surface parts, the process of CNC milling process planning, the analysis and processing methods of the part drawing, automatic programming, tool path design, tool selection, etc.
