Research on Intelligent Management of Construction Machinery in UHV Converter Stations

摘要: 为了提高特高压换流站工程中重要施工机械的入场报审、安全运行等管控能力,本文针对施工机械智能化管控的技术方案,从入场报审管理、关键信息智能提醒、巡检维护管理、异常问题智能监控、碰撞监控预警等方面开展了施工机械的全过程管理研究,利用智能视频监控分析、移动定位、物联感知等技术形成 现场实时监控和提醒的管理平台,建立了以设备台账、资质监督、定期巡检、跟踪监测等多方位一体管控的业务流程,以期辅助参建单位和管理人员进行重要施工机械的精细化、智能化管控。Abstract: In order to improve the management and control capabilities of important construction machinery in the UHV converter station project, such as entry reporting and safe operation, this article focuses on the technical solutions for intelligent management and control of construction machinery, from entry reporting management, key information intelligent reminder, and inspection Carried out the whole process management research of construction machinery in terms of inspection and maintenance management, intelligent monitoring of abnormal problems, collision monitoring and early warning, etc., using intelligent video monitoring analysis, mobile positioning, IoT perception and other technologies to form a management platform for on-site real-time monitoring and reminding. The business processes of equipment ledger, qualification supervision, regular inspection, follow-up monitoring and other integrated management and control are used to assist construction units and managers in the refined and intelligent control of important construction machinery.
