摘要: 本文以阿尔及利亚东西高速公路为例，介绍了设计、施工中常用的欧洲规范、标准及其特点，并同国内路基、路面、隧道、桥梁常规设计、施工规范进行对比。在此基础上，通过和业主、监理专家沟通，革新了施工工艺，促进了双方技术交流。

Abstract: Taking Algeria East-west Expressway as an example, this paper introduces the European norms, standards and their characteristics commonly used in design and construction, and compares them with the conventional design and construction norms of subgrade, pavement, tunnel and Bridge in China. On this basis, through the communication with the owner and supervision experts, the construction technology was innovated and the technical exchange between the two sides was promoted.
