Analysis on the Foundation Treatment of a High-rise Residential Area Demolished and Reconstructed under Complex Geological Conditions

摘要: 随着我国经济的快速发展,高层小区建设层出不穷。在工程建设的过程当中,由于水文地质条件、地质构造或人为因素的影响经常出现各种类型的工程问题。此类问题经常会导致项目返工、工期延误和成本的急剧增加,同时处理过程有时又极为繁琐。基于此,本文讨论了在复杂地质条件下某拆除重建高层小区的基础处理方式,以供参考。Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, the construction of high-rise residential areas emerge in endlessly. In the process of engineering construction, due to the infl uence of hydrogeological conditions, geological structure or human factors, various types of engineering problems often appear. This kind of problem often leads to project rework, delay of construction period and sharp increase of cost. At the same time, the processing process is sometimes extremely cumbersome. Based on this, this paper discusses the foundation treatment of a demolition and reconstruction high-rise community under complex geological conditions, for reference.
