Study on Non-blasting Construction Technology of Expansive Agent in Shallow Section of Yushe Tunnel

摘要: 榆社隧道浅埋段围岩整体性差,极易发生坍塌危害,尤其是地表河沟常年明流水,施工难度大、危险性高。基于此,本文对开挖施工中可能存在的风险进行分析,并从安全性、环保性、经济性角度出发,为保证开挖后洞身的稳定性,针对浅埋段,采用膨胀剂非爆破开挖与常规钻爆相结合的三台阶开挖方式。实践证明结合有效措施,能够顺利通过浅埋段的施工。Abstract: The shallow-buried section of the Yushe Tunnel has poor integrity of surrounding rocks and is extremely prone to collapse hazards, especially in surface rivers with perennial open water, which is difficult and dangerous for construction. Based on this, this article analyzes the possible risks in the excavation construction, and from the perspectives of safety, environmental protection, and economy, in order to ensure the stability of the tunnel body after excavation, the expansion agent is used for non-blasting in the shallow buried section. A three-step excavation method combining excavation and conventional drilling and blasting. Practice has proved that combined with effective measures, it can smoothly pass the construction of the shallow buried section.
