Abstract:
Thin walled parts are diffi cult and complex parts in NC machining. Because of their advantages of light weight, compact structure, high precision and low cost, they are widely used in industrial production. However, due to the characteristics of poor rigidity and strict error requirements, the requirements for turning processing technology are extremely strict, It has always been an urgent technical problem in the machinery industry. This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of thin-walled parts in processing, puts forward the corresponding solutions, and explores the methods to reduce and prevent the processing deformation of thinwalled parts for reference.
