Abstract: Nowadays,with the continuous growth of social economy, China's construction industry has developed rapidly. In the construction project management, the use of scientific management methods can not only enhance the safety awareness of construction personnel, but also improve the management of construction personnel, so as to reduce the probability of accidents in construction projects. In addition, it can save construction cost to a certain extent and bring economic benefits to construction enterprises. The research shows that the lack of construction site management in construction enterprises will lead to problems such as Jerry building, imperfect construction scheme and so on.Therefore, we must pay attention to the role of construction project management in construction management.
