The construction engineering industry in China is developing rapidly, and the schedule management of construction projects has gradually become one of the important contents of the work. The traditional schedule is not highly related to the engineering entity, which leads to a lot of information inconsistency, resulting in construction diffi culties and the lag of construction schedules. This article mainly focuses on the problem of the lag of project progress and its countermeasures. Using the actual case of Zhongrui Xingshangcheng as the research object, the passage will analyze the lag in the actual case, and the reasons for the lagging progress. Aiming at the reasons of these eff ects, the passage will put forward reasonable correction countermeasures. At the same time, through the analysis of the actual cases in this article, it provides a useful precedent for the progress control problems of various engineering projects in the future, and can also provide valuable corrective countermeasures for the progress lag of future engineering projects, which is convenient for engineering projects.
