The Principle of Smart Inspection System and Its Application in Smart Factory

摘要: 本文通过介绍移相法结构光技术、三角测量技术等来阐述所提出智慧检测系统的原理,对比传统的检测手段,结合智慧工厂的建设来阐述智慧检测系统的应用场景。证实智慧检测系统不仅能扭转传统质量检测中检测效率低、检测误差大、检测资料失真等不良现状,而且结合智慧工厂能实现真正的高效率、低成本的生产管理模式。Abstract: This paper illustrates the principle of the proposed smart inspection system by introducing the structured light technology of phase shift method and triangulation technology, and further demonstrates the advantages of the smart inspection system by comparing the traditional inspection means, and finally illustrates the application scenarios of the smart inspection system by combining with the construction of the smart factory. It is confirmed that the smart inspection system can not only reverse the undesirable status quo of low inspection efficiency, large inspection errors and distortion of inspection data in traditional quality inspection, but also realize a real highefficiency and low-cost production management mode in combination with the smart factory.
