The Influence of Optimum Layout of Cutting Tool of Shield Tunneling Machine on its Service Life

摘要: 盾构机是一种隧道掘进施工的专用设备,其主要通过刀盘上的刀具破碎岩石和切削泥土来实现掘进,盾构机刀具极易出现零件的磨损和失效,在盾构掘进施工中经常出现由于刀盘上刀具设计布局不合理、地层适应性不强等因素造成刀具磨损速度快、异常损坏多等问题,从而导致了盾构施工效率降低、成本上升等问题。经研究发现在刀盘刀具设计布局时通过对不同施工地层中刀具受力状况进行系统分析,并根据施工地层的地质条件、岩层类型、岩层的力学性能等情况针对性地设计刀具结构、选择刀具类型和优化刀具布局,能够延长刀具使用寿命和提高盾构机工作效率。Abstract: Shield machine is a kind of special equipment for tunnel boring construction. It mainly realizes excavation by breaking rocks and cutting soil with cutters on the cutter head. Shield machine tools are prone to wear and failure of parts. In shield tunneling construction There are often problems such as unreasonable design and layout of tools on the cutter head and poor stratum adaptability, resulting in fast tool wear and excessive abnormal damage, resulting in reduced shield construction efficiency and increased costs. After research, it is found that in the design and layout of the cutter head and cutter, the force of the cutter in different construction formations is systematically analyzed, and the cutter structure and the selection of the cutter are designed according to the geological conditions of the construction formation, the type of rock formation, and the mechanical properties of the rock formation. Types and optimized tool layout can extend the service life of the tool and improve the efficiency of the shield machine.
