摘要: 已有工程实例表明高速铁路项目中应用最多的是箱梁,该梁在预制场进行预制,运输至施工现场后安放在桥墩上,因此其具有造价便宜、施工简单、对地基要求低、养护方便等优点。SC900H运架一体机广泛应用在高速铁路箱梁运架梁施工过程中。本文结合具体工程项目,基于SC900H运架一体机的参数特点,分析运架梁施工技术特点,实践证明采用该施工措施,能够顺利完成该项目箱梁运架施工。Abstract: Existing engineering examples show that the box girder is the most widely used in high-speed railway projects. The girder is prefabricated in the prefab and transported to the construction site and placed on the bridge pier.Therefore, it has the advantages of low cost, simple construction, low foundation requirements, Convenient maintenance and other advantages. SC900H frame-transporting integrated machine is widely used in the construction process of high-speed railway box beam transporting beams. In this paper, based on the specific engineering project, based on the parameter characteristics of the SC900H integrated frame transport machine, the technical characteristics of the transport beam construction are analyzed. Practice has proved that with this construction measure, the box beam transport structure of the project can be successfully completed.
