Abstract:
Existing engineering examples show that the box girder is the most widely used in high-speed railway projects. The girder is prefabricated in the prefab and transported to the construction site and placed on the bridge pier.Therefore, it has the advantages of low cost, simple construction, low foundation requirements, Convenient maintenance and other advantages. SC900H frame-transporting integrated machine is widely used in the construction process of high-speed railway box beam transporting beams. In this paper, based on the specific engineering project, based on the parameter characteristics of the SC900H integrated frame transport machine, the technical characteristics of the transport beam construction are analyzed. Practice has proved that with this construction measure, the box beam transport structure of the project can be successfully completed.
