Abstract: In recent years, many large-scale engineering projects on the market have adopted the EPC model. The emergence of this model has overcome the shortcomings of the traditional contracting model and provided new ideas for project contracting. In the process of the increasing number of engineering projects, the application of the EPC model has gradually increased and the development has become more and more mature. However, in the implementation of the EPC model, the cost determination and control are the aspects that need to be paid attention to. Many engineering companies are concerned about cost management and control. The degree of attention is not enough, and it is difficult to effectively improve the efficiency of the project. Based on this, this paper focuses on the cost determination and control strategy of EPC mode in construction projects, which has a certain reference value for the implementation of similar projects.
