Abstract: From the perspective of the new economic era, society and Chinese national economy are developing very rapidly, and the national daily living standard is greatly improved. In this process, traffic engineering construction plays an important role. At this stage, it is obvious that Chinese transportation engineering construction industry is developing rapidly, and the mechanization level is rising rapidly. But at the same time of development, it also gradually exposed deficiencies, that is the safety management of traffic engineering construction machinery and equipment.
